Q.Does the price include set up and delivery?
A.No, We Charge 1$ per Chair set up & Take Down.
Our Standard Delivery Starts at 50$.

*Delivery Fees Will Vary* Depending on the situation.
Q.Do you deliver to other cities?
A.We Currently only Deliver in a 10 Mile Radius of Las Vegas.
Q.When do you set up?
A.Due to the high demand our Delivery Drivers will arrive hours before your event & Even up to 2 Days in Advance depending on the situation.

Q.What surfaces do you set up on?
A.Since our equipment is Luxury equipment we only set up on Clean Surfaces.

Recommended: Indoors, Carpet, Fake Grass, Concrete,

Not Allowed Dirt, Sand, Wet Surfaces, Mud.
Q.What about parks? What if our Venue Is at a Resort?
A.If your Event is in a Rented space, & or You have a specific time constraint.
You MUST let us know. This WILL Affect your pricing & our Scheduling.
Any Event done in a Casino Where there is Stairs, Elevators, or any thing that impedes a regular drop off will be charged accordingly.
Q.How many hours before my event will you arrive?
A.When Placing an order with us, it is imperative that you give us at least 4 hours before your event starts to set up.

Rush Orders will have A Surcharge Applied to them.

We REGULARLY set up a Day before, & Pick Up a Day after.

Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes all orders require a 10% Credit or Debit Card deposit. If you would like to pay in cash you can also come to our office.
Q.What payments do you take?
A.Credit Cards,Debit Cards,Cash

All Orders Must be fully Paid 2 Days Before your event day!
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is due at the time of placing your order.
You Must place a deposit to reserve items (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Q.What if we need to cancel?
A.If you Need to Cancel you must give us 7 Days Notice to receive Credit, or a refund on amount paid MINUS the Deposit.
Your Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE


Q.When do you Deliver?
A.The following information only applies to Residential Orders Rentals are delivered between 8-5PM. M-F

Your driver will call before they arrive for delivery.
No one has to be there at the time of delivery as long as we can leave the rentals in a secured location.
Time sensitive delivery is available for an additional fee. We have multiple delivery options to fit your needs.

Flex Delivery We will deliver 1-2 business days before your event. Example: If your event is on Saturday we would deliver Thursday or Friday. If your event is on Sunday we will also deliver Thursday or Friday as we are closed for Residential orders on Saturday and Sunday.

Standard Delivery ( For Residential Only ) We will deliver 1 business day before your event. Example: If your event is on Saturday we will deliver on Friday.

Same Day Delivery We will deliver the rentals the same day as your event. If your event lands on a Saturday or Sunday an additional fee will apply.

Q.What Should I do To Prepare for Delivery?
A.We ask that you make sure there is a clear path to and from the delivery location as least 30 inches wide.
If there are any steps please let our office know as we may not be able to take some items up stairs or there may be an additional fee.

All animals must be removed from the delivery location for the safety of our drivers If items are getting dropped off on grass the sprinklers must be turned off during the duration the rentals are in your possession.

Your balance must be paid and contract signed before we can add your order to a delivery route
